Foreign and Exotic SF/F, led by Danny Sichel and René Walling, we explore outside the North American standards to which we have become (too?) accustomed. Then we move on to Surviving the Apocalypse, a discussion led by Mark Burakoff.  Whether it be Nukes or Zombies, how ready are we to survive, as individuals and as a society? What will we need? What will remain for our use? The third panel of the day will be led by Sylvain, Keith,  and François: Why don’t they make what I want to see? The artists VS the suits, books that are promised, but never made, stories mangled by $-grabbing studios and strangled by CGI, we have all experienced the frustration.

Please note: Lately we have been relocated to the Saguenay room of the Espresso Hotel, and once to the 600.  If you do not see us in our regular meeting room, the St-François, please ask at the hotel’s front desk.
