U.S. District Court Judge Janis L. Sammartino <a href=\"http:\/\/www.comicmix.com\/2017\/06\/12\/comicmix-vindicated-in-dr-seuss-lawsuit-over-literary-mash-up\/\">dismissed the trademark infringement claims, but allowed the copyright claim to proceed<\/a>, awaiting proof of any harm to the Dr. Seuss estate\u2019s licensing opportunities.
