This year, the Festival offers a rich, entirely free program of more than <strong>60 activities<\/strong> under the theme <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbdm-mcaf.ca\/en\/univers-bd\/babillard\/annonces-en\/unveiling-of-the-theme-for-the-15th-edition-of-the-montreal-comic-arts-festival-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ALIVE!<\/a><\/em><\/strong> A record-breaking lineup of over <strong>350 artists and 190 exhibitors<\/strong> is expected under the tents.<\/p>\n<p>To illustrate this theme and mark our anniversary, we have chosen a leading figure in Montreal\u2019s comic arts scene: <strong>Julie Rocheleau<\/strong>. Her posters, with their dynamic compositions, are always elegant and sensitive, with a distinctive punk touch that is uniquely hers.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schedule<\/h2>\n<p>Friday \u2014 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.<br \/>\nSaturday \u2014 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.<br \/>\nSunday \u2014 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un 15e Festival sur la rue Saint-Denis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>C\u2019est sur la rue Saint-Denis, entre Gilford et Roy, que le Festival BD de Montr\u00e9al installe ses chapiteaux du <strong>15 au 17 mai 2026<\/strong> afin de cr\u00e9er une balade BD sur 1,2 km ponctu\u00e9e d\u2019activit\u00e9s, d\u2019expositions et de rencontres.\u00a0Cette ann\u00e9e le Festival a une riche programmation compl\u00e8tement gratuite de plus de <strong>60 activit\u00e9s <\/strong>sous le th\u00e8me <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbdm-mcaf.ca\/univers-bd\/babillard\/annonces\/devoilement-de-la-thematique-de-la-15e-edition-du-festival-bd-de-montreal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VIVANTE!<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 C\u2019est un record de plus de <strong>350\u00a0artistes<\/strong> et <strong>190\u00a0exposant\u00b7es<\/strong> qui sont attendu\u00b7es sous ses chapiteaux.<\/p>\n<p>Pour illustrer cette th\u00e9matique et souligner notre anniversaire, nous avons choisi une figure marquante de la BD montr\u00e9alaise : <strong>Julie Rocheleau<\/strong>!
