The Faniverse in general, and I believe the fanzine bit of it in
\nparticular, does have a common spirit which is shared at
\nsome level, as much as individual expressions of it may
\ndiffer wildly. The spirit of the FAAns smells like, what, inky
\nfingers? Weed? Strong Drink ((c) L Huntzinger)? Snark?
\nDesperation? Perhaps all of the above, yet I contend that it
\nbehooves the disparate members to have at it and participate
\nin what\u2019s still fanzine fandom\u2019s only dedicated awards…
